Sun Country Mortgage Investment Corporation (MIC) invests in mortgages on residential and commercial properties and development mortgages on new multi and single-detached housing projects. Our goal is to maximize returns while providing security for investors.

Furthermore, strict loan-to-value guidelines are observed, to make sure enough equity is available to recover outstanding loan balances in case of foreclosure.
